Kimberly Baker was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico then at 18, she moved to Philadelphia, where she lived the following 18 years of her life. In 2024, Kim and her fiance packed up their lives in Philly to move back home to New Mexico to be closer to family. Currently living in Santa Fe, Kim loves exploring the city, trying new restaurants, thrifting, and immersing herself in New Mexico’s gorgeous nature. She also likes to travel, see live music, read and hang out with friends and family.

Kim supports CAVU by using her 10+ years’ experience in operations and 15+ years’ experience in management to streamline operations, foster organization growth, and develop and implement strategic goals with CAVU’s Executive Director, Jordan Vaughan Smith. Kim is passionate about seeing remarkable organizations realize their full potential and is thrilled to be working with a team who truly embody CAVU’s mission every day.
